HealthPartners is seeking a Mammographer for its Radiology team in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The successful candidate will perform high-quality mammography procedures and ensure patient safety by applying established protocols. The position requires completion of a radiologic training program and current ARRT registration. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement options, and tuition reimbursement.

Position Summary:
Performs high quality mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols. Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Applies knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols and procedures, and proper equipment utilization to maximize safety in the work environment.
Work Schedule:
Fulltime 1.0 FTE. Monday-Friday days 7:30-4 and 8:30-5, 1- Sat every 6 weeks 8-12
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technical training program from an accredited AMA school of radiologic technology
Must be willing to participate in continuing education to remain current of technical advances.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Maintain current CPR skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, mammographic positioning, and proper application of radiographic principles.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to problem solve and use independent judgment required.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills required.
Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: Modality Imaging Devices, Processors, Positioning Tables, ID Camera, Densitometer, Sensitometer, and Film Duplicator, Computer, Fax Machine, and Photocopier. Information Management software relating to patient care and reporting, i.e. (RIS) and Printers.
