Experience Required

1. Performs Radiographic and Mammography procedures following standards established by State and Federal Agencies.
2. Interview patients regarding pertinent information and clinical history to complete the request form. Provide patients, families, and others with instructions and educational information related to the procedure.
3. Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes through documentation, data collection, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Apply patient relations skills and assume responsibility for meeting the physical and psychological needs of the patient during procedures.
4. Demonstrate ongoing professional development through continuing education, including credits specific to mammography as defined by MQSA Standards.

License/Certification Requirements

• ARRT certification in Mammography required.
