When you join us as a Mammography Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Perform tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to company policies and protocols.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images promptly while providing excellent patient care.
  • Understand and adjust equipment settings such as compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC, and photo cell to produce optimal images.
  • Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical issues and respond appropriately.
  • Guide patients through the procedure, addressing questions and concerns with kindness and professionalism.
  • Respond to physician inquiries and needs regarding patients.
  • Safeguard patient property and health information in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage medications on site following company procedures and legal guidelines.
  • Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional behavior and responsiveness to patients and colleagues.
  • Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Are:

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • ARRT(R)(M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • BLS certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)
