Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a full-time Mammography Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group in Neptune, NJ. You will perform diagnostic and screening mammography, ensuring high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule: 11:30 am–8:00 pm, with one Saturday per month (comp day). Compensation is $38/hr with eligibility for shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT(R)(M) certification; NJ State License and CPR Certification required.
• 3+ years of current mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography examinations.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and modesty throughout all procedures.
• Position patients accurately and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images.
• Maintain and operate specialized mammography equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Adhere to all department and facility safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiologists and office staff to ensure efficient workflow and accurate imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
