Job Responsibilities:

• Performs routine and advanced mammography procedures within the scope defined by regulatory and departmental standards.
• Performs routine and diagnostic mammography exams and breast biopsies as required.
• Experience required in Mammography.
• Knowledge of QC for all mammography equipment preferred.

Qualifications:

• Current valid certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for radiography and mammography.
• Holds a valid New Jersey State license.
• Maintains current continuing education credits as required by the FDA/MQSA and ACR.
• Must be certified in BLS.

Additional Information:

• Dexa scan procedures and general x-ray experience are preferred but not required.
• All technologists may be required to cover at any of our locations as needed.
• Employee must be flexible to work at other off-site locations for the JW Breast Centers if needed.
