Akumin Pembroke Pines is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a part-time role in Florida. The position involves performing mammogram exams, collecting patient history, and supporting imaging across modalities. MQSA standards and MFSA compliance are required, with ARRT(M) or state alternatives acceptable.

This will be a **Part** **Time** position.**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:*** Performs mammogram exams on patients.* Obtains patient history, prior films/reports, and any other supportive role information that is needed (RIS/PACS, burn discs).* Performs Quality Control (QC) needed for FDA/ACR.* Provides imaging support to other modalities in center (x-ray/ bone density, etc).* Works with mammogram letters (results/reminders).**Position Requirements:*** High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree preferred.* Certificate from College or Technical School* Mammography Program (State approved)* CPR certification* As applicable, valid state driver’s license.* Must have met initial requirements under MQSA standards.* Strong customer service skills.* Organizational and multi-tasking skills.* Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.* ARRT(M) and State License, if applicable. *Note: Completion of an accredited Mammography program acceptable in lieu of ARRT(M).
