Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a Mammography Technologist for the A.T. Augusta Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, VA.

This outpatient role focuses on high-quality imaging and patient care in a mission-driven environment serving active-duty service members and their families. You will work with state-of-the-art mammography equipment, ensure patient comfort, and follow radiation safety and QA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Current ARRT Mammography certification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical mammography experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations per established protocols.
• Operate specialized mammography imaging equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort while delivering compassionate, professional care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification

• Minimum of 2 years of current clinical mammography experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• U.S. Citizenship required

Competitive Compensation

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated starting income of $40.00/hr to $45.00/hr.
