Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Mammography Technologist Trainee to join our radiology team in California. You will complete comprehensive training in mammography and tomosynthesis, with reimbursements from RadNet, and prepare to sit for the ARRT mammography registry.

Upon certification, you will become a full-time mammography technologist with RadNet. You will participate in projects, adhere to policies, and maintain professional interactions with patients and staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 40-hour Mammography Training Course Webinar with 8 hours of digital mammography training (RadNet reimburses).
• Complete 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training (RadNet reimburses).
• Receive hands-on mammography training in preparation for the ARRT mammography registry.
• Pass the required Mammography Licensing Exam and become a full-time RadNet mammography technologist after certification.
