RadNet in California seeks a Mammography Technologist Trainee. You will complete a 40-hour training course with 8 hours of digital mammography training reimbursed and 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training, with reimbursement.

You will receive hands-on training and prepare for the ARRT mammography registry to become a full-time technologist upon certification. The role emphasizes patient care, professional conduct, and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• State license and ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Willingness to learn Tomosynthesis and advanced radiology procedures.
• Demonstrates resilience, compassion, and professional bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour Mammography Training Course webinar; 8 hours for digital mammography reimbursed.
• Complete 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training; reimbursement provided.
• Hands-on mammography training in preparation for ARRT mammography registry.
• Pass the Mammography Licensing Exam.
• Become a full-time mammography technologist with RadNet after certification.
• Participate in projects/meetings and other management-assigned tasks.
• Safeguard onsite medications per policy and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and public.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
