Qualifications

  • Competently float to different locations based on staffing needs.
  • Work autonomously with indirect supervision.

Requires ability to float as needed to designated locations based on staffing needs. Competency in stereotactic biopsy and/or ability to competently perform QC related to mammography. Additionally, this position is characterized by the ability to perform all types of mammography studies to include needle localization and ductograms. Works in areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision.

REQUIRED

  1. Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  2. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in Radiography and Mammography R.T.(R)(M)(ARRT).
  3. Qualified to perform stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
  4. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

PREFERRED

  1. Three (3) years of mammography experience.
  2. One (1) year of experience in stereotactic procedures and/or quality control (QC) specific to mammography.
  3. Experience in Clinical Research setting.
