Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time radiologic technologist specializing in mammography to perform screening and diagnostic exams across multiple clinic sites. You’ll review patient history, adjust imaging techniques for quality, and communicate with Radiologists to provide accurate results.

The role emphasizes weekday schedules with no weekends, a clinic float assignment, and a sign-on bonus. ARRT RT registered Wisconsin radiographer license and MQSA knowledge are required, with BLS

Qualifications

• MQSA knowledge with basic radiation safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Review patient records and history to obtain necessary clinical information.
• Assess breast anatomy on images and adapt techniques for quality.
• Evaluate positioning, technique, artifacts, and compression; re-image as needed.
• Ensure accuracy by aligning requisitions with physician orders.
