Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers Corp. seeks a Mammography Technologist for Diagnostic Radiology in a high-volume outpatient setting. You will perform breast imaging with emphasis on quality and patient comfort, while meeting MQSA and FDA requirements.

New graduates are encouraged to apply and must complete a 48-hour mammography training course prior to starting. Some general radiography skills may be used for other diagnostic exams as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program that meets ARRT registry requirements.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures specific to breast imaging with high quality image production.
• Adhere to MQSA and FDA quality standards and participate in required quality control activities.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and explain procedures to patients.
• May utilize general radiography skills for additional diagnostic exams as needed.
