Job summary

Providence Swedish Mill Creek is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for breast imaging in a high-volume outpatient setting. You will produce high-quality mammography images and interact compassionately with patients while following MQSA and FDA quality control requirements.

Depending on location, general radiography skills may be needed to perform diagnostic exams; licensure and certification must be maintained. Join a patient-centered care team in the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program meeting ARRT registry requirements.
• Hold Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• BLS certification Upon hire (American Heart Association).
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT) upon hire.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography.
• Depending on location, prior general radiography experience may be required.
• 1 year of full-time mammography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures for breast imaging in outpatient settings.
• Produce high-quality mammography images.
• Perform quality control in accordance with MQSA and FDA requirements.
• May utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic exams as needed.
