Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening mammograms and support diagnostic X-ray and DEXA imaging in a busy Frankfort, KY practice.

With limited supervision, the role focuses on Mammography/Bone Density procedures and patient-centered care, contributing to clinical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT) or ARRT radiography certification.
• Advanced registry in Mammography required; eligible to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening mammograms and support diagnostic X-ray and DEXA imaging as needed.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic.
• Execute Mammography/Bone Density procedures under limited supervision.

Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Mammography Technician to join their practice in the Frankfort, KY area.

Job Summary

With limited supervision, this role executes Mammography/Bone Density procedures in areas assigned.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required

• Graduate of an accredited program [i.e. the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)] or Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography (ARRT) required.
• Advanced registry in Mammography required.
• Eligible candidates are required to obtain mammography certification within one year of employment.
• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.

Experience

Eligible upon graduation or completion of 18 months of training with the schools/State licensure permission.
