RadNet is seeking a Mammography Technologist in Bel Air, MD to operate mammographic equipment and deliver high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring compassionate patient care. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and clear communication through the exam process.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) certification is required.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment and related devices per policies to produce high-quality images.
• Produce diagnostic images in a timely manner while ensuring patient care.
• Adjust exposure parameters (compression, KvP, Mas, grid, AEC, etc.) for optimal image quality.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to issues.
• Guide patients through the exam process and address questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician questions regarding patient care.
