Job summary

Marshall Medical Center is seeking a Mammography/Radiologic Technologist to operate mammography, radiology, fluoroscopic and DEXA equipment, ensuring high-quality images for radiologist interpretation. You will perform routine and advanced imaging, maintain equipment QC, and ensure patient safety while addressing concerns with compassion.

The role requires CRT licensure in California with mammography, BLS certification, and CE credits; ARRT preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current California Radiological Technologists (CRT) licensure in Radiological Technology and Mammography.
• ARRT licensure strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• CE requirements must be current.
• CA Fluoroscopy license required.
• As degree or completion certificate in Radiological Technology required.
• Minimum one year mammography experience; 100 exams yearly minimum.
• DEXA experience preferred; competent with imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography/radiology/fluoroscopy/DEXA equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Perform routine and advanced imaging using fixed and portable equipment.
• Ensure quality control of imaging equipment and radiation safety.
• Assist in performing interventions when necessary.
• Inform patients about developments in women’s health and provide resources.
• Maintain high practice standards via continued education; perform at least 100 mammography exams yearly.
