Job summary

SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of imaging exams for diagnostic treatment. You will position patients, select appropriate parameters, and ensure top image quality while following safety standards.

Required are an Associate’s degree and ARRT-R Radiography with ARRT-M Mammography credentials with applicable IL/IEMA licensing. Day shift, full-time in Mammography OPC-SC.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography and ARRT-M Mammography certifications required.
• State license compliance for IL and IEMA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and set technical parameters accurately.
• Ensure high image quality and submit to PACS with proper markers.
• Adhere to radiation protection and safety standards.
• Assist physicians in special and advanced procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department.
