Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-M (Mammography) certifications.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review mammography exams following protocols.
• Gather patient history, screen for contraindications, and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient privacy, comfort, and safety during imaging.
• Maintain equipment, perform quality control tests, and ensure accurate image labeling.
• Document procedures, support team training, and communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Education
