Job summary

Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic and CT imaging across multiple modalities in a patient-focused environment on Nantucket. You will ensure high-quality images, proper patient identification, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with Radiologists and staff to meet patient imaging needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• ARRT registered in Radiography/CT/MRI as required.
• BLS/CPR certification within one week of hire.
• Current state license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and set technical factors for all diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure accurate labeling with patient identification and imaging requests.
• Maintain infection control and radiation safety practices throughout procedures.
• Assist Radiologist and participate in PI activities and QA processes.
