Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio is seeking a Mammographer to perform screening, diagnostic mammography and related imaging procedures including bone densitometry and stereotactic breast biopsy.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT registration as radiographer and mammographer (or registry eligible) and an Ohio Radiologic License, with prior mammography experience preferred. This role emphasizes accurate documentation, teamwork, and strong communication with patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registration as radiographer is required.
• ARRT mammographer registration or registry eligibility is required.
• Ohio Radiologic License required.
• Mammography certification or registry eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Documents accurately, pertinent assessments, interventions and outcomes for patients.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments and staff.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families.
