Job summary

Riverside Diagnostic and Breast Imaging Center at Oyster Point in Newport News, VA, is seeking a Mammographer Quality Control Stereo Tech to perform mammography and stereotactic exams, ensure QC procedures, and provide patient care with ALARA safety. The role requires ARRT Mammography (M) certification and CPR/BLS, with weekend shifts and potential work across multiple Riverside sites.

The successful candidate will prep equipment, maintain documentation, and coordinate with referring physicians

Qualifications

• Mammography experience preferred.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to work weekends and travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammographic imaging studies and stereotactic exams per protocol.
• Provides patient preparation, explanations, and coordinates with physicians.
