Job summary

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is seeking a Mammographer PRN to deliver breast imaging services in the Radiology Diagnostic department. The role emphasizes quality imaging, patient care, and adherence to MQSA standards.

Candidates with ARRT Mammography certification and 1 year of mammography experience are preferred; PRN shifts are required as needed to support patient care and service levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Associate degree preferred for the role.
• MQSA compliance and ARRT/Mammography credentials required or preferred as stated.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality mammography with special views as directed by the radiologist.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in imaging and patient positioning.

Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology Required Or

Licenses and Certifications

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography Upon Hire Required And

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography Upon Hire Preferred Or

ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography 12 Months Required And

CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist Either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire Required And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required

Skills

Ability to produce high quality mammography with special views as directed by the radiologist, excellent verbal and writing skills, and ability to organize and analyze information.
