Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking a part-time Mammographer/Radiology Technologist to join our Mobile unit team in the Twin Cities area. You will perform mammography screenings at clinics, corporate and community sites using a state-of-the-art Hologic 3D system while traveling on a 26’ straight truck.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 2-year Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be registered with ARRT or licensed to perform general radiographic procedures.
• Willing to train in mammography; 40 hours preferred.
• Ability to drive or operate 26’ straight truck; willing to train.
• Produce quality imaging with limited supervision.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid Class D driver’s license.
• Pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical required.
• Must have strong professional and ethical interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Screening mammography at clinics, corporate and community sites in the Twin Cities metro area.
• Work with two mammographers or one mammographer plus an assistant on a mobile unit with a 26’ straight truck and Hologic 3D system.
• Drive the mobile unit between screening locations.
