Job Summary
MobileMammo NW is the South Puget Sound’s first dedicated Mobile Mammography Program, established by the TRA Medical Imaging Foundation and operated by TRA Medical Imaging. The Mobile Mammography Technologist provides high‑quality screening mammography services in a mobile clinic setting across South Puget Sound and surrounding communities. The role is responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care while operating independently in a dynamic mobile environment. The Technologist performs screening exams in accordance with established clinical protocols and ensures compliance with MQSA, ACR, FDA, and Washington State regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining imaging quality, adhering to radiation safety and infection control standards, completing required documentation, and supporting quality control procedures to ensure the mobile unit remains inspection‑ready. The position also supports the daily operation of the mobile unit, including equipment setup, calibration checks, and coordination to maintain efficient workflow and uninterrupted service delivery. The role plays a key part in expanding access to breast cancer screening for underserved populations.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $39.41 - $67.01 per hour based on relevant experience, skills, and abilities. Eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (based on FTE).

Essential Job Functions
- Provide patient care in accordance with TRA’s mission statement.
- Rotate shifts and workplace as needed.
- Prepare patients for mammography exams with thorough explanations and clear instructions.
- Obtain a thorough patient history related to the exam.
- Accurately implement the orders of the referring physician, producing mammograms with minimum patient exposure and repeatability.
- Maintain high standards regarding the accurate recording of patient information.
- Present high‑quality radiographs and pertinent patient history to radiologist for interpretation.
- Use accurate written and oral communication with patients, physicians, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Perform necessary computer functions associated with patient exam (RIS, MRS, Replica, and PACS).
- Keep work area and patient exam areas neat and stocked with appropriate supplies.
- Participate in orientation, staff meetings, and in‑service training.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with confidentiality.
- Be prompt and efficient with minimal absences.
- Cooperate and maintain good rapport with co‑workers to ensure proper patient care and efficient workflow.
- Provide accurate information to key customers.

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) Registry required.
- ARRT (M) Registered or (M) Registry eligible.
- Valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- Current BLS certification required.

Physical Requirements
