SUMMARY OF JOB:

Under the Direct supervision of the Mammography Supervisors, technicians provide radiologic care to patients by performing x-ray exams of the breast for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment while performing high quality images for diagnostic/screening interpretation by the Radiologist.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate of a two year A.M.A. approved School of Radiologic Technology
2. A.R.R.T. (American Registry Radiologic Technology) Certification
3. Must be certified in Mammography
4. Two years experience as a Radiologic Technician
5. CPR Certified
6. Basic knowledge of computers preferred
