Securitas USA in Braintree, MA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time) to provide professional client-facing security services at a mall/retail setting. You will patrol interiors on foot and exteriors in a company vehicle, engage with employees and customers, and maintain high levels of observation and situational awareness.

Requirements include being at least 18, with a valid driver’s license, ability to speak, read and write English, a high school diploma or GED, and the legal right to work

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
• Heavy foot traffic location – engage with employees and customers.
• Interior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
• Exterior Patrols, in company vehicle.
• High level of observation skills.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following site procedures.
