Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time) for a mall/retail site in the Braintree, MA area. You will perform interior patrols on foot and exterior patrols in a company vehicle, engaging with employees and customers to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
• Heavy foot traffic location – engage with employees and customers.
• Interior patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
• Exterior patrols, in company vehicle.
• High level of observation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
