Job summary

Andy Frain Services seeks a security officer for Colony Square Mall in Ohio. You will provide security detail; maintain professional appearance, greet customers and employees, and follow post orders to ensure safety and smooth operations.

You will patrol entrances, monitor CCTV and access points, document incidents, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed. A background check and license are required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen; offer contingent upon background check.
• Minimum 3–6 months experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems.
• State Guard license is required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors, and employees.
• Be proactive with post orders and information from the customer and AFS.
• Patrol physical property or fixed post; report suspicious activity and incidents.
• Monitor cameras or equipment per post orders.
• Know emergency policies to respond to alarms and emergencies.
