Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Mall Security Officer to patrol indoor retail areas and surrounding property, ensuring safety and orderly conduct. You will respond to incidents, assist customers, and enforce policies to protect shoppers and staff.

Ideal candidates bring reliability and strong communication skills; training is provided. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight coverage in a busy mall environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is helpful but often not required.

• Conduct opening and closing security checks of entrances and common areas.
