Job summary

Securitas US is seeking a Mall Security Director to oversee security operations for mall accounts, ensuring client service excellence and effective incident resolution. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and supervision to maintain safe environments for clients and customers.

The role requires leadership of security teams, oversight of post orders and training, and collaboration with account management to drive service enhancements and expansions across assigned properties.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
