Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies at a retail or mall location.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, spaces, entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal/site requirements.
