Job summary

Pacific Retail Capital Partners seeks an Operations Manager for Capital Mall in Olympia, WA. You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily property operations, safety, and preventive maintenance to protect the asset and enhance tenant experience.

You'll manage maintenance teams, coordinate contracted services, and develop capital project plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence. A hands-on leader with at least five years in ops or facilities is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Operations/Facilities/Property Management experience.
• Experience supervising others.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read and understand building blueprints, CAD drawings, and other schematic files.
• Professional computer skills (email, Excel, Word, online order systems, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational aspects of the property to protect and improve asset value.
• Implement hazard control and safety practices; ensure compliance with codes and audits.
• Manage maintenance programs and contracted services; monitor budgets.
• Supervise maintenance team; train and schedule tasks.
• Develop multi-year capital project plans and oversee completion.
• Review safety reports; implement preventive programs and insurance claims handling.
