Job summary

Trademark Property Company, based in Texas, is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer for Galleria Dallas. This full-time role will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on MEP and structural systems of the shopping center.

The position requires 2–5 years of maintenance experience, strong hands-on skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, plus plan-reading ability and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with varied shifts and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years building maintenance experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and schematic drawings.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Test monthly fire pump and generator; inspect and maintain facility systems.
• Maintain logs and inventory for supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Perform building upkeep including painting, drywall, and basic carpentry.
• Adhere to OSHA and regulatory guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with other departments for events and daily operations.
