Responsibilities

• Always keep a respectful and helpful attitude to customers.
• Adheres to property service standards and grooming.
• Keep the maid cart clean and ensure chemicals, tools, PPE, and radios are accessible before field work.
• Check in all security points along the assigned area.
• Answer and communicate via radio with supervisors and team members.
• Report incidents, accidents, property damage, loss, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety indications learned during training and wear PPE.
• Keep assigned zone clean, dry, and gum-free.
• Empty trash when can is ¾ full and dispose as needed.
• Empty and clean ashtrays in the zone.
• Maintain clean and dry tables, chairs, counters, and surfaces.
• Keep gardens debris-free and maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Refill dispensers (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) when needed.
• Occasionally assist with shipping/receiving, loading/unloading.
• Place wet floor signs when scrubbing and remove signs when floor is dry.
