JLL is hiring a Housekeeper for Town Center at Cobb in Kennesaw, GA. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across mall spaces, including restrooms, food court areas, and service corridors.

The position offers both part-time and full-time options. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior housekeeping experience in malls or public facilities driving success. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior housekeeping/janitorial experience in malls or public facilities is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability for cleaning tasks; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all public mall areas including entrances, corridors, restrooms, elevators, escalators, and seating areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a neat appearance.
• Empty trash, manage waste, and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Maintain cleanliness in food court areas and restrooms.
• Replenish supplies and assist with spills or accidents.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment as trained.
