Job summary

ClearPoint Facility Services is seeking a reliable General Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, TX. You will perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure safe, orderly public areas and storefronts.

The role involves floors, surfaces, waste management, and general cleaning duties; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment background screening, drug test, and employment verification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spot cleaning)
• Clean and sanitize surfaces (dusting, disinfecting, glass/mirror/window cleaning, polishing metal and wood surfaces)
• Collect and remove waste (empty trash and recycling bins, transport to designated disposal areas)
• Perform additional general cleaning tasks as assigned
