Cafaro is seeking motivated individuals for the Kennedy Mall maintenance team in Dubuque, IA. You will perform janitorial, landscaping, painting, basic repairs, and seasonal tasks to keep common areas safe, clean, and attractive for guests and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas, trim hedges, mow lawns.
• Perform painting tasks including touch-ups and full re-paints.
• Clean and stock restrooms and public spaces.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt to walkways and entrances.
• Perform repairs (roof, plumbing, electrical) as directed.
• Replace light bulbs, lenses, ceiling tiles for proper lighting.
• Assist with seasonal tasks and prepare property for weather changes.
