Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable custodians to keep a busy shopping center clean, safe, and welcoming. Previous janitorial experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

You will work across mall common areas, food court spaces, restrooms, and entrances, with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, including weekends. We offer a full spectrum of benefits and a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Follows safety procedures and proper use of cleaning supplies

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including corridors, entrances, seating areas, stairways, and other assigned spaces
• Clean and maintain food court areas, including tables, chairs, floors, trash receptacles, and common surfaces
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
• Replenish restroom supplies and dispose of waste
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors
• Spot clean rugs and upholstery
• Clean glass doors, windows, and other glass surfaces
• Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
• Maintain areas around elevators, escalators, and stairways
• Report hazards or safety concerns to management
