Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable custodians to keep a shopping center clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors. This active role covers common areas, food court, restrooms, and entrances throughout the mall.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be reliable and able to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, corridors, entrances, seating areas, and stairways.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Replenish restroom supplies like soap and toilet paper.
• Empty trash and transport waste to designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors; spot clean carpets and upholstery.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and other glass surfaces; dust fixtures.
• Maintain areas around elevators, escalators, and stairways.
• Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning needs during the shift.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to management.
