Job summary

NANA Management Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety at the Dimond Center Mall in Anchorage, Alaska. You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance across hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas to create a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of cleaning experience, and can work rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize hallways, restrooms, offices and common areas as assigned.
• Dust and wipe surfaces; restock supplies as needed.
• Remove and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Maintain tidy storage areas and carts; assist in light maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
