Qualifications

• Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Familiarity with proper use of cleaning chemicals in compliance with regulations.
• Understanding of hazardous materials and blood-borne pathogen disposal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning walls and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, including hourly checks and restocking supplies.
• Remove garbage from waste containers throughout the mall and clean up litter on walkways.
• Use proper cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and blood-borne pathogens according to state and federal regulations.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.
