**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
As a Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
+ Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
+ Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times.
+ Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
+ Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
+ Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
+ Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
**PREFERRED:**
+ High School Diploma
+ One (1) year of related experience
