Folklore Spa, the brand new spa under Whim Hospitality in Dripping Springs, TX, is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant. You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, assist guests, and support therapists to ensure a calm, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience in wellness or hospitality. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hospitality or spa setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities (treatment rooms, relaxation areas, lockers, restrooms).
• Monitor sanitation and safety standards in line with regulations.
• Greet guests, assist with check-in, and answer questions about services and facilities.
• Provide towels, refreshments, and amenities to guests.
• Assist therapists with room setup and prep for treatments.
• Help maintain a calming atmosphere by managing lighting, music, and temperature.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages; manage storage areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; participate in training.
• Collaborate with spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and positive guest experience.
• Attend team meetings to discuss operations and guest feedback.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance:
• Ensure all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and restrooms, are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Regularly monitor and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Guest Assistance:
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, guiding them through the check-in process and answering any questions they may have about the spa services and facilities.
• Provide towels, refreshments, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist massage therapists and estheticians with room setup and preparation for treatments, ensuring all necessary tools and products are readily available.
• Help maintain a calming atmosphere by ensuring the spa is quiet and peaceful, adjusting lighting, music, and temperature as needed.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of spa supplies and report any shortages to the Spa Coordinator or Director.
• Help manage storage areas and ensure supplies are organized and accessible.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Participate in training sessions related to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Work closely with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
• Attend team meetings to discuss operations, guest feedback, and ways to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about the spa's services, treatments, and any promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hospitality or spa setting is preferred.
• Experience:
