Stand Out Home Care is recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to join a growing team that prioritizes caregivers. Based in Hamilton, NJ, we offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and clear pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
