Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving clients’ lives. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
