Averhealth is seeking a Male Drug Screening Representative in Harris County, Texas. This entry-level role focuses on greeting patients, performing observed urine collections for male clients, and ensuring proper handling of specimens while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

You will work full-time, typically 35-40 hours weekly, with shifts 7:00am–4:30pm Monday–Thursday and occasional Friday, and you may cover multiple sites within a 45-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with male patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards.
• Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs.
