Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. The position offers an hourly range of $18–$24 with flexible hours and local cases across New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in home and community settings, following each person’s ISP. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required or encouraged, with opportunities for

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
