Duties include assisting with daily living, personal care, mobility support, reminders for medications, and documenting services. English proficiency, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to Hoboken required.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a home health aide.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Nursing and health care administration skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel to Hoboken.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with clients' personal care activities.
• Maintain patients' care records and document provided services.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
