• Competitive Pay: Earn between $21 - $24 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts.

Your Role: As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will:

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care tailored to each client's needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and other destinations.
• Prepare and serve meals, adhering to dietary requirements.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to medical professionals.
• Document care tasks and maintain detailed care notes.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.

What We're Looking For:

• License & Vehicle: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Certifications: Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Registry: Registration or willingness to register with the Home Care Aide Registry.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as an in-home Caregiver or similar role (preferred).
