Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Tooele, UT is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate makeup and skincare products, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You will contribute to sales, assist with online orders, and support in-store events while following store procedures and dress code. Prior retail or beauty experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic technology.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional service, answer questions, and recommend products.
